SYRKL’s community rules and your agreement with us.

SYRKL is a general audience service intended for users age 13 and older. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA). If you are under 13, do not continue.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on SYRKL. Users who post content that is offensive, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that targets others for harassment will have their content removed and their accounts terminated immediately.
By creating a SYRKL account, you agree to:
SYRKL reviews reports within 24 hours and will remove violating content and ban offending users.
Every post and user can be reported or blocked. Blocked users are instantly hidden from your feed and cannot interact with you.
Violation of these terms results in immediate account termination without refund or restoration.
If you believe a child under 13 has created an account on SYRKL, email flemming.dawayne@gmail.com with subject “COPPA Report” and the account will be deleted within 7 days.
Program name: SYRKL Daily Reminders. SYRKL sends daily reminder text messages to help you stay in touch with people you care about.
How to opt in: Text JOIN to +1 (989) 461-4544. By texting JOIN you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from SYRKL at the mobile number you used to opt in.
Your mobile opt-in information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
